I strive to provide a place for you to experience compassion, acceptance and understanding.

I provide virtual/online telehealth individual therapy to adults living in Oregon.

I work with adults (18+) of varying ages, identities and concerns; from college students, to young adults, parents, retirees, single, married and divorced folks, widows, caregivers, working professionals (including health care, non-profit and mental health workers), etc.

I have experience working with many issues such as Depression and Low Mood, Anxiety and Panic, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Pre/PostPartum issues, Parenting, Caregiving, Work Burnout, Life Transitions, and other Life Challenges.

I aim to provide a therapeutic space that is warm and supportive. I want to understand the confusion, pain, stress, anxiety and sadness you may be experiencing and work with you to grow and to heal.

My counseling techniques and interventions vary, based on the best fit for your needs. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety by helping you identify and deal with thoughts and emotions in a more helpful and positive way.  I often use mindfulness and somatic therapy techniques to connect you to your body and the present, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills for increasing distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory to look at parts of yourself you can honor and shift into useful coping skills, and Attachment and Psychodynamic theories to explore how past patterns and experiences are affecting you and your relationships.
